We depart from Kotor. Our first stop on the way to Ulcinj will be in Sveti Stefan for taking photographs of a pearl of the Montenegrin coast. The excursion continues to Ulcinj, the southernmost town on the Montenegrin coast. The Old town Ulcinj is located on a rocky plateau that partly hangs over the sea. Encircled by the “Cyclopean walls”, it is reachable both from the north-east and from the bay. During the guided tour through the narrow streets you will feel the influences of the Orient. Still today homes of the residents, mostly Muslims, are hidden from the looks of the passersby behind their high walls. The Square of Slaves still attracts the attention of the guests, once a place where the pirates brought and sold their slaves. There is also a towns museum situated in the church-mosque, an orthodox church which was converted into the mosque during the Turkish occupation.

After visiting the old town of Ulcinj, we will go towards Old Town Bar. On the walking tour of Bar we will learn about landmarks of the town that include the ruins of King Nicolas castle, Haj-Nehaj fortress and Saint Veneranda church. Here we will make a break for lunch.

Then we go to Petrovac, a small town on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. The long stretch of beach and warm waters are the ideal for spending a great day enjoying the sun, while the boardwalk is dotted with traditional stone houses, restaurants and boutiques.

-So relaxed and full of new experiences, we will return to Kotor.
