We start from our meeting point in Kotor. Visit of the Kotor old town which is medieval maze of museums, churches, cafe-strewn squares and Venetian palaces and pillories. The jumble of streets is part of attraction, as you never know what you might come across – a Venetian-style church, a piazza full of restaurants, a flight of steps leading up into the hills, a doorway surrounded by colorful pots of flowers.

After a walking tour of Kotor we continue towards Budva, the capital of Montenegrin tourism. The Old Town of Budva is one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic coast. It lies on a prominent peninsula and represents a treasure chest of the culture heritage of Montenegro. Criss-crossed with narrow streets and squares are famous monuments, such as the Church of Holy Trinity and St. John, as well as the oldest dating from 804. AD – Santa Marija in Punta.

After visiting Budva we continue towards Bar, driving along the coastline so you can enjoy the view of beautiful beaches and places that belong to the Municipality of Budva, such as Reževići and Petrovac. Unlike the rest of the old towns on the Montenegrin coastline that are settled by the sea the Old Town of Bar is positioned 5 km from prehistoric and Illyrian times but was abandoned during the Roman era when it was moved to the coast, to the same location where modern Bar stands today. Landmarks of the town include the ruins of King Nicolas castle, Haj-Nehaj fortress and Saint Veneranda church. Here we will make a break for lunch.

After the break we will drive to the Old Town of Ulcinj, one of the oldest urban architectural complexes along the Adriatic sea. The Old Town of Ulcinj is maller than old towns of Kotor, Budva and Bar. It is settled on the top of a huge cliff just above the sea near the city center.

-So relaxed and full of new experiences, we will return to Kotor.
