Service contract procedure

Sprint Travel is a provider of private accommodation, hotel accommodation, rent a car and excursion booking services.
The Contract will come into force at the moment of sending booking confirmation by ST, for which user has previously sent a booking request. Booking procedure is described in the Terms and Conditions given below.
By sending booking request user has confirmed and accepted terms of use and booking conditions on his behalf and on behalf of his party members. Also, by sending booking request user has confirmed that he has read and understood Personal data privacy protection regulation issued by ST.

Provisions

The User in terms of this Terms and Conditions is a visitor of internet service www.sprintravel.me.
User can be any person or company which is using our service for his personal needs and not for commercial purpose. For using service of ST there is no need to register, accordingly user registration is not a precondition for using the service.
The Subject of service is selected tour through Montenegro presented on web page www.sprintravel.me
The user can select more than one tour and each of those will be subjected to a separate service contract and booked as a separate reservation.
Prices given on web page are declared in Euro.

Terms and Conditions

Tours are realized with private car, mini-van or van, depending on the number of passengers.
Reservation for the desired tour is performed by filling in the form on web page www.sprintravel.me. By sending completed form user has sent a request for tour reservation and made payment in full. The payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master – the agency bears the bank charges). After receiving completed form and payment ST will send booking confirmation. At the moment of sending booking confirmation Service contract is considered concluded.
When you receive booking confirmation it is necessary to read and check all details written in confirmation, in case of mistake you should contact us without delay in order to send us details which should be corrected.
When reserving two-days or over tours, please specify requests concerning accommodation, nutrition requests, diet needs or any other needs important for your comfortable stay. We will forward your request to the partner where accommodation is organized. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met, because ST is intermediate between partner and user, but we will do our best to meet all achievable requests.
ST recommends that users have adequate travel, health and accident insurance as well as trip cancellation insurance, it is not mandatory, but it’s advisable.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

The client is entitled to a change of a confirmed reservation only if the change is accepted by the service provider. The changes may include: change of the contractor, booked date, number of persons, their age and type of basic or extra services booked. The request for a change of the reservation must be submitted in a written form (by e-mail, fax or by mail). Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes.
Late arrivals and no-shows are nonrefundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive or arrives after tour departure.

Cancellations received greater than 24 h prior to tour commencement are fully refundable. Cancellations received within 24 h of tour commencement are nonrefundable.

AGENCY’S OBLIGATIONS

Sprint Travel is responsible for the execution of services and selection of the service providers. and must also concern over the rights and interests of the client in accordance with the good practice in tourism.
Sprint Travel is responsible to assure that the client receives all the services he/she has booked and is therefore liable to the client for a possible non-provision of the services or a part of the services the client paid for.
Sprint Travel is not responsible if the non-provision of the service is due to a case of force majeure in the client’s country or in the country where the service is to be provided (war, riots, strikes, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, official authority interventions, etc.). ST has the right to cancel the transfer in the very case of unpredictable situation, which cannot be controlled by the agency (earthquake, floods, closing borders, etc). In that case, we will refund the full amount of the tour tickets to the guests.

DATA PROTECTION

If you sign up to our newsletter, Sprint Travel would like to occasionally send you information about our products, services, and destinations on offer. Sprint Travel will use the information you provide on this form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and marketing. Please let us know if you would like to receive this information by following our newsletter sign up procedure.

TOUR PRICES

Our Tour Prices include most of the time the private guide and entrance fees. On some of the tours food and drinks are also included.
Beverage, incidentals, bathrooms, and anything else not specifically included in the tour price agreement is not included.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use the information collected from individual customers for the purpose of conducting tours. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

FINAL PREMISES

All the prices of Sprint Group d.o.o. programs include value-added tax. By making a booking every passenger gives Sprint Group d.o.o. his permission to use the photographs and videos made on the travel (the photographs and videos could include every passenger) in promotional and commercial intentions. Sprint Group d.o.o. does not take any responsibility for the behavior of passengers and damage that passengers would cause during the travel. In the event of a dispute between Sprint Group d.o.o. and the passenger the legal procedure is the competence of the court in Podgorica (Montenegro).
